Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Marketing with Safal, we aim to deliver high-quality digital marketing and freelancing services. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have defined the following Cancellation & Refund Policy for our clients.
1. General Policy
Payments made through our website are for digital services such as website development, logo design, SEO, online ads management, and other digital solutions.
Refunds are limited to the conditions explained below and will not apply beyond those circumstances.
2. One-time Services
Clients are entitled to a 24-hour rethink window from the time of payment.
Within this 24-hour period, cancellations will be accepted and a full refund will be issued.
After 24 hours, we allocate resources and officially begin the project. From that point onward, no refunds will be issued.
Example:
If you purchase a logo design on 5th January at 10:00 AM, you may cancel and request a refund until 6th January at 10:00 AM. After this period, work begins and the payment becomes non-refundable.
3. Monthly / Retainer Services
For services billed on a monthly or recurring basis, refunds are not applicable once the billing cycle has started.
Clients may request cancellation at any time, but it will only apply to future billing cycles. Payments already made for the current month are non-refundable.
Example:
If you subscribe for SEO services on 1st January, and request cancellation on 10th January, the January payment remains non-refundable. Your subscription will not renew from February onwards.
4. Duplicate Payments
In cases where a client accidentally makes duplicate payments for the same service (due to technical errors, accidental transactions, or bank issues), the excess amount will be refunded.
Refunds for duplicate transactions will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method only.
5. Refund Processing
Refund requests must be made via our Contact Us page or by emailing us at [contact@marketingwithsafal.com].
If approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
Note: All refunds, if approved, will be credited back to the original source of payment
(same card, bank account, or UPI) only.
