Delivery Policy
This Delivery Policy explains how and when services will be delivered to our clients. Since our work is digital in nature (websites, designs, SEO, advertisements, etc.), there is no physical shipping involved. Instead, all services are delivered through online channels such as email, shared drives, or direct access to platforms (like WordPress, Google Ads, or social media accounts). This policy ensures transparency so you know what to expect.
Service Delivery Method
All services are delivered online.
For example, a website project will be delivered by sharing the final live link or admin access.
A graphic design or logo will be delivered via email or Google Drive in the requested formats (JPEG, PNG, PDF).
SEO reports or marketing updates will be delivered in PDF/Excel format through email.
Delivery Timeframe
The delivery timeline will be clearly communicated at the start of the project.
Example: A simple logo design may take 3–5 business days, while a website development project may take 2–4 weeks or more, depending on complexity.
Regular updates will be provided so clients can track progress.
Revisions and Adjustments
Small corrections or revisions (within the agreed scope) will be delivered within 2–3 business days.
Larger revisions that require extra effort may have a longer timeline, which will be informed in advance.
Delays in Delivery
Delivery may be delayed if required inputs, content, or approvals from the client are not provided on time.
Example: If a website project requires product images from the client and those are delayed, the final delivery date will also be extended accordingly.
Mode of Communication
Email will be the primary mode of communication for sharing deliverables.
For larger projects, a shared folder (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) may be used.
In certain cases, deliverables may also be provided through direct account access (e.g., WordPress, Google Ads).
Completion of Delivery
A service is considered delivered once the final files, links, or reports have been shared with the client, or when the project is made live and accessible.
Example: If a website is launched and login details are handed over, the delivery is complete.
Client Responsibility
Clients must review the deliverables within 5 business days of receiving them.
Any issues or revision requests should be raised within this time to ensure smooth processing.
