Terms of Service
Welcome to Marketing with Safal. By using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These rules are designed to protect both our clients and our business while ensuring clarity and fairness.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and agreements between the service provider and the client.
They apply to all marketing services provided and help avoid misunderstandings.
Example: If a client books a website design service, the terms mentioned here will guide payment, usage, and responsibilities.
General Information
All services are offered for marketing purposes such as website development, SEO, ads, and related tasks.
Services may change or expand based on project needs, but updates will always be communicated.
Example: If a client requires both website and SEO, both services are covered under these terms.
Services
Services are defined based on the agreement or package selected.
Timelines, deliverables, and scope will be shared before work begins.
Example: If SEO for three months is agreed, it means the work will focus only on SEO, not web design, unless separately discussed.
Payments
Payments must be made as agreed before or during the project timeline.
Late or missed payments may pause or stop services until resolved.
Example: If the first month’s payment is delayed, the SEO work will pause until payment is received.
Client Responsibility
Clients must provide correct and complete information for services to be delivered effectively.
Delays in providing content, access, or feedback may extend timelines.
Example: If login details for a website are delayed, the project timeline will also be delayed.
Cancellation and Refund
Services may be canceled with prior notice before the next billing cycle.
Refunds may not apply to completed or ongoing work.
Example: If a client cancels after two weeks of SEO work, the payment for that month is non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
Content, designs, and strategies created remain the property of the service provider until full payment is received.
After payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client.
Example: A logo design belongs to the provider until the client pays in full; after payment, the client owns the logo.
Limitation of Liability
The service provider is not responsible for issues outside of control, such as platform downtime, third-party errors, or sudden market changes.
Results may vary depending on industry, competition, and client involvement.
Example: If Google changes its algorithm, SEO results may be affected beyond control.
Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated occasionally for better clarity or due to changes in services.
Clients will be notified of any updates.
Example: If a new payment method is introduced, the terms will reflect that change.
Confidentiality
All client data, business details, and strategies are kept private and secure.
Information will not be shared without consent unless required by law.
Example: Login details shared for website access will not be disclosed to anyone else.
Termination of Service
Services may be terminated for non-payment, misuse, or violation of terms.
Clients may also choose to end services with prior notice.
Example: If a client uses false information or delays payment repeatedly, services may be stopped.
Governing Law
The laws of the Governement of India govern these terms.
Any disputes will be handled under the applicable courts and jurisdiction.
Example: If a dispute arises, it will be resolved according to Indian legal procedures.
